• Maintain and organize the Rock Shop: online & offline
• Order equipment for the shop and attend to customer’s orders
• Maintain and update all the changes related to the prices, offers and promotions of the facility
• Work closely with Marketing and Event Manager to create and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales of the facility and create package deals
• Create promo materials for shop products
• Create all the materials for online promotions and offers
• Maintain up to date prices, stock of the web-site shop catalogue
• Process shop orders and supervise delivery
• Keep inventory of the shop and e-commerce platforms
• Regularly update products, organize sales campaign
• Find new e-commerce platforms to boost sales
• Prepare monthly sale report and inventory of the shop
• Bring new products to the online and offline shops
• Supervise orders from online and offline channels
• Work with logistics companies and prepare all documents for customs and accountant
• Update NextCRM product list
• Supervise Push App for new promos and deals, maintain consistency
• Monthly sales report
