• Organize, supervise and book team-building activities, events and groups

• Supervise, update and maintain existing climbing courses
  
• Certify instructors Lvl.1 and Lvl.2
• Conduct exams for climbing courses taken at the facility
• Supervise group sessions an courses
• Create new climbing courses, workshops, programs and activities
• Create course materials (online and offline): tests, lesson plans, curriculums, support materials.
• Check student’s progress online and offline
• Maintain Safety Climbing Standards among team
• Sign certificates for students and instructors
• Keep track of climbing course schedule and commissions of the instructors
• Supervise Learning Dash platform: update, maintain and publish new courses
• Work with Marketing Manager for launching new programs, workshops

• Maintain the quality and consistency of instruction of all Push Climbing Courses (internal and external)
• Schedule regular meetings with instructors and provide resources to support teaching and learning in the courses they coordinate

• Update regularly and create new materials to support existing courses internal and external
• Supervise training schedule and team performance
