If the water separates, mix it together or discard the water before use.

If you get it in your eyes or experience any discomfort such as pain or itching when using it, stop using it immediately and rinse it off with water immediately without rubbing.

About water separation:

The initial type of High Garage had a large amount of water separated and was recalled as a defective product, but through repeated research and rearranging the ingredients and process, we were able to reduce the water content considerably, although it is not 100%. It is perfect and has the best amount. Like regular liquid chalk, if you leave it for a long time, some water will separate, but we found that discarding that water before using it actually increases the feeling of friction.

We have also added a note to the back of the product to ask you to mix or throw away the water before use. It will perform better if you can adjust the usage depending on the type of user’s hands.

Users with dry hands tend to continue to feel good by mixing it with water. On the other hand, users who tend to get slimy tend to experience more friction when using the product after discarding the water. (There are individual differences in performance)
