Member Rules and  Benefits

As a member, you gain access to exclusive benefits and partnership programs. To enjoy these perks and promotions, a valid Crescent Wall membership card is required. If this is your first sign-up, your card will be issued approximately one week after registration. For membership extensions, the card is updated on the same day.

To ensure safety and a great experience for everyone, please follow these rules while at Crescent Wall:
  1. Check-In & Check-Out
    • All climbers must check in and check out every time they visit the facility.
  2. Belaying Certification
    • Only belay for others if you hold a valid belay certification issued by Push Climbing.
  3. Equipment Care
    • Treat all gym equipment with care. Report any damage or issues to staff immediately.
  4. Safety First
    • Always use proper climbing gear and follow safety protocols.
    • No horseplay or risky behavior in climbing areas.
  5. Respect Other Climbers
    • Share the space and be mindful of others. Avoid distracting climbers or standing in fall zones.
  6. Dress Appropriately
    • Wear proper climbing attire and shoes. Barefoot climbing is not allowed.
  7. Chalk Usage
    • Use climbing chalk responsibly to minimize mess.
  8. Children’s Supervision
    • Children under 14 must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or instructor at all times.
  9. Personal Belongings
    • Store your items in designated areas. The gym is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
  10. Follow Staff Instructions
    • Adhere to all instructions from staff members for safety and facility management.

To ensure proper use and maintenance of lockers at Crescent Wall, please adhere to the following rules:

1. Locker Availability and Fees

  • Free Lockers: Members with a 6-12 month membership are provided with a locker free of charge. Free lockers are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are valid only for the duration of the membership.
  • Rental Lockers: For memberships under 6 months, lockers can be rented at 100,000 VND/month.
  • Deposit: A refundable deposit of 250,000 VND is required for the locker and lock. This deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, provided the locker and lock remain undamaged. Damage will forfeit the deposit.

2. Permitted Use

  • Lockers are exclusively for storing personal belongings and training equipment.
  • Prohibited Items: Do not store addictive substances, illegal drugs, stimulants, explosives, weapons, or any dangerous or illegal items.

3. Food and Beverages

  • Do not store food, colored beverages, or scented items in lockers. These can attract pests and create unsanitary conditions.
  • Violation Penalty: A fine of 500,000 – 1,000,000 VND will be imposed for violations. Locker owners are also responsible for any resulting damages to the gym or nearby lockers.

4. Valuables

  • Avoid storing valuables such as phones, money, or other expensive items in lockers. Crescent Wall is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Agreement

  • Members must sign the Locker Membership Agreement at the reception desk to use a locker.

By signing the Locker Membership Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Thank you for your cooperation!

As a member, you have the right to pause your membership during vacations or injuries until you recover.

Please note, this benefit is not available for Team memberships, as all members share the same start and end dates.

Here’s how it works:

Vacation

  • Notify us at least 5 days before your vacation via email, phone, Zalo, Messenger, or other communication channels. Use Contact Us page
  • Provide one of the following documents:
    • Flight, train, or bus tickets.
    • Business trip confirmation letter.
  • Share your departure and return dates.

Injury

  • Submit medical documentation from a doctor specifying your injury and the recommended recovery period.
  • Conditions:
    • Inform us within 5 days of the injury date with the doctor’s note.
    • Your membership must be active when notifying us.

As a member, you can transfer your membership to another person in case of relocation or long-term injury. To complete the transfer, please provide the following details:

  • Full Name and Surname of the new member
  • Phone Number

Both you and the new member must visit the facility to sign the Waiver Form and finalize the transfer. Once the transfer is complete, your access to the facility will end, and the new member will take over your membership.

Relocation

  • Provide documents confirming a change of residence or work to another city or country.

Long-Term Injury

  • Submit medical documents confirming:
    • Inability to resume activities for over 1 month.
    • Or permanent inability to participate in rock climbing or similar activities.
