Did you know that footwork is one of the most important techniques in artificial rock climbing? Good footwork helps you move faster, and more efficiently and reduces stress on your hands.

With the desire to help you improve your footwork techniques, Crescent Wall is organizing a workshop MOVEMENT & TECHNIQUE: footwork at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

• Choose the right footwork points

• Place and grip your feet correctly

• Move your feet smoothly and gently
