Ice Breaker & Warm Up

Safety Briefing
+ Rules Of the gym: Explanation of the basic rules of the gym, such as no running, climbing under others, being loud, and or not following directions.
+ Auto-belay Safety: How to behave with an auto-belay, where not to stand, how not to jump, lanyard must be straight, no hitting the machines, etc

Skill: Shoes, Harness & How to clip auto-belay
Harness Introduction: The name of the harness parts, how to put it on and adjust it
Shoes Introduction: The shoes, what are they, why we need them, why are they so tight
How to clip Auto-belay: What is an auto-belay. How to bring down the barrier, clip it and unclip it.

Water Break

Game & Review
Number Scale: Climbs up and down the number scale, placing the right values on the wall.

Closing ritual
Cool Down & Debriefing
