Climbing is all about your feet! So we made some videos of some bad climbing habits and how to avoid them!
✅ Pivoting on your foot – use the tip of your climbing shoe to turn your whole body on a hold.
✅ Shifting balance – move your center of the gravity along the steps.
✅ High Step – move your knee forward, past your ankle to gain extra stability.
✅ Wide Step – first position your foot on the hold and then slowly shift your balance toward your foot.
