Member Benefits

As of part of membership, the Member will receive the following benefits:

• Membership Extension during sickness and travel. Present proof of absence to the cashier and they will extend your membership for the number of days that you couldn’t attend the facility.
• Membership extension due to force majeure
• Free RFID chip when sign in, +50.000 VND for any replacement
• Self check-in
• Locker and shower

Restrictions

The Member agrees that they will not:

• Share their membership with non-members
• Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions
• Support and promote safe climbing
• Be respectful for staff and guests of the facility

Liability

The Member will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while climbing. To ensure this policy every member must fill in and sign the “Push Membership Form”. Kids under 12 years old should not be attending without supervision of the adult guardian.
