HCMC Championship 2025 HAS BEEN postponed TO 2026

Dear Climbing Community,
We have important news to share — the HCMC Championship 2025 has been postponed to 2026. This decision comes as part of an exciting competition format redesign that will allow more climbing gyms to take part in the athlete selection process and help establish a nationally recognized format and rule set.
Our vision is to make this championship inclusive for climbers across Vietnam — from North to South — giving every athlete the chance to represent the nation and proudly carry the Vietnamese climbing spirit to the world stage.
Just like good cooking takes time, we believe this pause will allow us to deliver the best possible competition — one that truly represents Vietnam’s growing climbing community and gives our strongest athletes the chance to shine on the international stage.
In the meantime, our focus is on supporting the 2024 Champions as they prepare for the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand this December. If you’re passionate about developing the sport of climbing in Vietnam, we invite you to get involved — become a supporter, sponsor, or partner of the team.
Every athlete has dedicated a year of hard training, and now more than ever, they need our full support!
