This class is geared for those students who have already mastered the techniques covered in the Movement and Technique Lvl.1. You need to understand that this class has a much more flexible format than any of our other technical classes, and is solely geared for the advancement of your ability to climb.

We must stress the importance of warming up and using proper techniques to avoid injury, as well as to enhance performance. Rest periods during and between climbing sessions must be respected. Do not overwork yourself.

As an outline, this class is being taught to focus on the building blocks of the climbing technique, as well as teaching the advanced terminology used when describing aspects of climbing movement and climbing terrain.
