KIDS ARE NATURAL BORN CLIMBERS!
Located in the heart of District 2, PUSH outdoor climbing wall is a great place to have fun with friends and family. We provide sport training courses and a variety of activities with endless benefits for kids of all ages. If you want to compliment your sport class or if you want your children to learn new skills. The information below includes everything you need to consider us your partner in helping you make life and the education of your kids an interactive, fun and memorable experience!
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CLIMBING FOR KIDS?
While rock climbing, kids use every muscle in the body, and develop their cognitive ability. Rock climbing improves endurance and flexibility, as well as their overall balance and coordination skills.
As kids move from one phase of rock climbing to the next, overcoming new challenges will boost their confidence. The bond created between climbers introduces great teamwork and trust from a very young age. Learning rock climbing will help them assess risks in order to be safe and progress under the safest of environment.
Practicing rock climbing will improve their concentration, focus, and learning abilities. Climbing a wall teaches children great hand, feet and eye coordination. They must look, plan and then move their hands and feet to the chosen spot. With so many different routes to the top of the ‘mountain,’ rock climbing gives children the opportunity to test out their problem solving skills, and learn how to negotiate the smoothest route to victory.
WHAT ABOUT SAFETY?
Rock climbing can be an extreme sport, but it is extremely safe. With a belay device in place, climbers only descend a few feet when falling. Kids will discover that there is nothing wrong with letting go, as the equipment is there to keep them safe. They will experience for themselves the old climber adage, ‘it’s not about holding on…but letting go.’YOUR KID’S SAFETY IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN.
All of our instructors are skilled climbers who have been trained according to First Aid, Lifeguard and IRATA 1 certifications to maintain a safe environment. Our staff make sure the wall stays in perfect condition and all the climbers are safe at every moment. All climbers must wear proper safety gear, such as rock climbing shoes & harness.
Your child needs to be less than 110 centimeters tall in order to be allowed in our upstairs Jungle Gym. Your child also requires to weigh more than 20 kilograms in order to participate on our big climbing wall.
If your child does not meet these requirements, they can sign up for our next summer camp. We also have Family Sunday, where they can play in the Jungle Gym.
PUSH CLIMBING LESSON PROGRAM:
EACH LESSON IS A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
1. WARM UP AND STRETCH: 10 min
2. GRIP STRENGTH EXERCISES: practice forearm exercises as it helps improve grip.
3. BALANCE EXERCISES: balance is a basic requirement for developing climbing technique. The slack line trains climbers to control the body and to achieve great balance.
4. CLIMBING TECHNIQUE: learn to be more efficient. This portion will teach climbing movement, grips and foot placement along with the theoretical and practical portion of the course side by side with our instructors and guest speakers.
5. AEROBIC CLIMBING: Speed climbing it is a great way to increase capacity for longer climbs. Increase movement efficiency and lower recovery time. This portion will focus on having the fastest time up the wall.6. MINI-GAMES: learn more by playing practical active games that helps to maintain focus, concentration and brings a lot of fun
ALL CAMPS FOR 2 WEEKS / 4 days / Sunday Celebration

Week One : July 21st – July 24th
Week Two : July 27th – 31st
Celebration: August 2nd.
5-8 years old:
Training program that mostly focus on games and entertainment under supervision of an adult. Half day program: from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Tuesday & Thursday : 8:30 – 12:30
9-12 years old:
Training program that mostly focus on climbing through games and challenges under supervision of an adult. 2 hours work out session: from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Wednesday & Friday : 8:30 – 12:30
13-15 years old:
Climbing Boot Camp for teenagers – great possibility to release extra energy and learn new survival skills.
Tuesday & Thursday : 2:30 – 6:30
